Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the Aoin App can delete their account and associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion can be performed directly inside the Aoin App.

• Open the Aoin Applogin as user
• Go to Profile tab
• Select Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

What Data Is Deleted

• User profile information (first name, last name)
• Registered mobile number
• Authentication and account-related data

Data Retention

Once the account deletion is confirmed, personal data is permanently deleted from active systems, except where limited retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

Deletion Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately or within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.
